We knew it would be the last time. It IS sad. They don't make 'em like they used to. The Stardust has always had the best race and sports book,too. Caesar's and Bally's are good, but the 'Dust was the best. Actually, everything about that place is good. Gamblimg, shows, restaurants, shops, pool area. It's a crime that places like this need to be replaced. A little side note. I stayed at the original Castaways (where Fashion Show mall now is). Gone. I stayed at the Landmark. (Boom). Also the Boardwalk. (bye-bye). Now the Stardust (crumble). And of course, I often stayed at Grandma's (Your newest Texan). I wonder why nobody wants to rent me a room in Vegas anymore.
