		<description>This is a perfect example of how online gaming could benefit from regulation.  At this point, players don&#039;t have much recourse.  If the &quot;Everyone wants a piece of the action bill&quot; (my term) is rewritten to legalize online poker then players would hopefully have more protection over their funds, play, sponsorships &amp; jobs.</description>

		<description>Why couldn&#039;t he be prosecuted? I&#039;m pretty sure that attempted robbery is illegal under nearly every legal code in civilization? Most advanced nations even have laws making this specific kind of hacking punishable by many years in the pen.</description>
