OK, I have to admit I had to read it twice to understand. Negreanu didn’t really rip his friend off for $1.8 mil … he simply uses the story to make a point about “Mar Vaswani” and “Clark Badmin” … who apparently haven’t paid Ivey whatever they lost. Sorry for giving away the ending.

By the way, I noticed there was no mention of Eric123 … perhaps either he paid, or his name was somehow injected in the course of common rumor-spread?
