    Thought about signing up and using my pokerati poster status that i have used…a couple times. Did not know if that would work so I didnt bother. Oh and I don’t think I have a pokerstars account.

    So I see that Robert Goldfarb posted this so Dan you will not be able to play.Only one person per blog.

    And I was so counting on Dans chips to get me to the final table.

    And I haven’t read the rules, but Pokerati has a way of sneaking itself into places we don’t really belong.

    But in a worst-case scenario, I like the idea of Big Robert playing for me and owing me all the money he wins.

    Ed, you should have no problem playing regardless. You have a blog, too, remember? Also you have a Pokerati jersey, so that should get you in.

    I think posting 1-2 times a year on it may not get me in the tournament. :) Think I forgot about it once I made a home of pokerati.com, the best little whoresite in Texas.

    From Poker Stars website: To be eligible for the event, it is only required that you have a regularly updated blog that is a minimum of two (2) months old.

    Doesn’t say that it has to be a poker blog. Oh well, if it does, and I missed it, they just won’t allow me to register, right?

    Lisa, or should I say “hellocity” … did you get in? I think you would be good to go for this one. I just tried to register now, but registration is closed. (Am trying to pull some strings to get me in — “I know people” — but am not counting on it.)

    It kinda pains me to not be in at this point. But then again, hey, I am used to seeing my friends kick butt in tourneys while I watch on the sidelines … so I think I will play on Full Tilt survive.(My “connections” aren’t coming through. If only they knew we just pimped them on Beyond the Table!)

    I just got in about an hour ago. Thought I was not going to get the ticket. Good ol blogger.com confused me and I guess the template did not get saved with the info I needed to have up there. Got the reject email and I replied explaining what happened and that it was there. They said they would try to get me a ticket in time. Guess I have better string pulling techniques.

    Oh..and I am starting to notice some of these “bloggers” sure do talk a lot of shit.

    UPDATE: I out lasted karridy so I can go out now and feel good. He had 44 the big raiser had AK…he puts em in and gets called of course. AK hit flop pretty much screwing him. Nice try Karridy.

    UPDATE 2: I am out. Poker is rigged. BB…get to check with J9…comes JJQ…well…i lose to the ONLY caller…JQ.
