I must admit that since reporting began today, they're not over-pimping the T6 player like they did yesterday.

Well I was wrong, they're streaming live (or on a very short delay). No hole cards, no commentators except for the person announcing the feature table action.

I doubt there's a full crew from Pokernews covering the event, though there were only 148 to follow. BTW, wsop.com says they're doing "live" streaming coverage today and tomorrow, chances they're actually doing anything today?

I wasn't clear about my complaint... Sure, I'm a little biased and was peeved that the WSOP POY wasn't followed in the updates until he busted, and even then there were no hand details whatsoever. It was the fact that some T6 Poker-sponsored player named Damien Oborne was covered in great detail.

Oborne is evidently an Aussie pro with a few cashes in his career - the only thing of significance (?) is a win at a 2007 $500 buy-in Binions tournament. But he's a sponsored player of T6 Poker, a new site that has ties to Tony G and PokerNews.

Blatent bias.

I know that we're biased here at Pokerati when it comes to Tom, but we are not the "exclusive" reporters of a series of tournaments where we claim to bring all the news and live reports.

C'mom, Karridy, I mean Jen ... we can't pick on them for that. They were following his chip count. What more do you want for the 37th place finisher? Any lack of reporting this go-round is on Tom, not PN.

They were probably all looking at each other saying, "Who is Tom Schneider?!"

And Tom Schneider has been eliminated from Day 1.

Funny... The only mentions of him on PokerNews were in a beginning to say he was in the field and when he busted, though no details of the hand were given.
