If he were had been indicted why wouldn't he have been arrested. It's not like he's some overseas fugitive requiring them to keep the indictment sealed. The story doesn't make any sense to me. And G911 may occasionally be right, but they're much lower on the totem pole than the National Enquirer, for example. But I'm just not sure how completely trustworthy the site is... And I'm not sure how to verify it. And if Absolute Poker is coming back with a serious allegations that it's not true, it makes me wonder who is bluffing here. I will try to look into it and see what I can come up with.
