He mentioned that he would reserve comment until the investigation is complete but that he does have an out with them. I'll have to listen to it again to get it complete. BTW, I am hearing rumors from the Borgata -- totally unconfirmed at this point -- that Mark Seif will be leaving Absolute Poker at the end of this month. (Something to do with a contract expiration.)
