But the part where multi-accounting justifies their confiscating funds ... that's something I don't think will hold up in court. It comes down to a question of who really "owns" the money in your account but not on the tables. If their view on that were to hold legal water, it would be like the IRS confiscating a paycheck because you smoked pot. Hey, that's a violation of the USA's TOC's, so sorry bub!
