		<description>The regs have been out for a long time. I think compliance is already in place. The only area of the regs that look problematic is ACHs (bank transfers). PokerStars&#039;s are still going fine though (Full Tilt is having some problems lately, most sites have never used them). I just don&#039;t see December 1 changing things much.</description>

		<description>That was a really good video and much better than the normal &quot;zomg, the sky is falling&quot; stuff.  The sky has indeed been falling for a number of years related to poker but it there is one thing poker players have proven is that they are willing to fade the heat to continue to play the game online.

Besides, poker is not covered under this law, the only reason that hasn&#039;t been proven out is because no one wants to be the fall guy.</description>
