Joe might be the worst thing that could have happened to legalize online gambling, and although we know for the top 10-20%, poker is a game of skill, to the outside world it's gambling.

While having lunch with a lobbyist, although not one who lobbies for gambling in Texas, he said if he were representing the anti-gambling groups, he would use the fact that Joe and all the other under 21 year olds can play online with no regulation.

I can see it now; a stream of under 21 year olds parading before a legistlative committee telling their tales of woe about losing thousands. Every time one of these young players talk about how long they have been playing online hurts the legalization of online gambling and gambling in Texas. And unfortunately, there are many more losers than the few who are on TV winning big.
