I can only suspect this investigation has been lead by the infamous Inspector Clouseau, since Kahnawa"ke has offered to open our doors and sit down to discuss the matter on many occasions. Rather than step through those doors and open a constructive dialogue, they seem content to do little more than stir up the press every 6 months. It is now abundantly clear that this time has been spent researching how to enter the field while simultaneously attempting to discredit any perceived, "competition" they may potentially face, in order to level that playing field for their late entry. Insincere and dishonest are the only two words that come to mind. Dan, this link may provide some insight.
