I've been looking into this, because supposedly NAPT Venetian allowed, after checking with DOJ, Gaming, and LVMPD, PokerStars to wire in all the buy-ins for their qualifiers. No confirmation on this yet, but no denial either. That's pretty big if true. Very interesting.
