Game of Skill ruling expected tomorrow … can we get another state to testify? All looks good for poker.
The PPA is there covering the proceedings via Twitter.
UPDATE: The ruling is now in, and the judge states there’s “overwhelming” evidence that poker is a game of skill. However, the five defendants were found guilty of running a gambling house.

Per KRLD 1080, The presiding judge has proclaimed poker a “game of Skill”, which should open the door to dismissal of the charges.

Perhaps the report on the radio overstepped their bounds in the “dismissal” as Dan’s report shows.

I say again, drop the skill vs. luck argument and go with “Keep your damn hands and moralistic crap off of my money and my life!”

I here what you’re sayin’, Shrink … but because so many current laws have a skill vs. luck determination, this is an important plank of all arguments to win.
It’s what worked in California.
