The full schedule for the 2026 World Series of Poker has been revealed, and players can now start planning for their Las Vegas summer, with the series running May 26 – July 15, 2026, at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.
While this year’s WSOP schedule doesn’t bring many surprises, there are a few things worth highlighting. Before doing that, however, one interesting thing to note is that the number of bracelet events remains at 100.
This is the first time in a while that the total number of bracelets did not see a year-on-year increase. It could be due to the general sentiment that the value of a WSOP bracelet has already been watered down, or maybe the organizers feel that 100 is a nice, round number.
The Main Event Final Table Mystery
The 2026 WSOP Main Event is coming back with its usual buy-in of $10,000, featuring the usual four Day 1 flights. The action for the flagship tournament will kick off on July 2.
However, the schedule announcement did not reveal the dates for the Main Event final table, creating a little bit of confusion.
In recent years, there have been no delays regarding the final table, but we all remember the November Nine days, when the final table used to be postponed for several months. The practice wasn’t long-lived as it wasn’t great for either players or the fans.
At this time, it’s unclear what we can expect. It is possible that the final skirmish will be postponed only for a few days, but we could perhaps see a new version of the November Nine format as well. Hopefully, the WSOP will clear the air regarding this particular topic in the near future.
One theory floating out there is that the dates might be adjusted so that they don’t clash with the FIFA World Cup semi-final and final matches, which take place on July 14, 15, 18, and 19. With the tournament playing down to the final table on July 13, this is certainly plausible.
A Few New Events & Return of Fan Favorites
The 2026 World Series of Poker will feature a few brand-new tournaments. One that everyone’s talking about is the $550 Mystery Millions. This will be the opening event of the series, featuring a $1,000,000 top mystery bounty prize.
Last year, the $1,000 version of this event attracted nearly 20,000 entries, making it very clear this is what players enjoy. The cheaper version of the tournament should, thus, be a real hit, especially with the promise of a $1M bounty.
It is worth noting that this is not a replacement event, as the $1,000 Mystery Millions is still on the docket later on.
For those with deeper pockets, the $10,000 GGMillion$ High Roller is a fresh addition to the schedule, bringing more visibility to the GGPoker brand.
PLO fans have a few additional events to look forward to as well. A couple of $1,500 tournaments have been added to the mix: a Five-Card PLO and an interesting Pick Your PLO mix, featuring four variations of the game: PLO, Five-Card PLO, PLO8, and Big O.
A number of tournaments that have become fixtures at the World Series of Poker are coming back, including:

- $1,500 Millionaire Maker
- $300 Gladiators of Poker
- $600 Ultra Stack

2026 WSOP Free Daily Coverage
One of the biggest issues fans had with the World Series last year was the lack of free coverage. A majority of content was available at PokerGO and accessible only to those willing to pay for access.
It seems the WSOP will be changing things around this year as the organizers have committed to daily free streams on YouTube.
It’s still too early to talk about what the coverage will look like, but things look promising.
With the 2026 WSOP schedule finally out, we know that there is another action-packed summer ahead of us. It’s not like there’s ever been any doubt about it, but it’s good to have specific information as early as possible, especially for those working with smaller bankrolls.
