Be My Poker Valentine

Heather in New York sends word of some Vegassy happenings — specifically about a plausibly romantic night on the (Las Vegas) town shared by Chris Ferguson and a Brazilian actress named Fabolosa. (Can\’t find a picture of her online, but she clearly sounds hot and in my semi-educated imagination is quite intelligent and savvy.)

Wonder how this potential relationship will affect his play — a question we have to ask (but not really answer) to quasi-justify this sort of semi-gratuitous hyper-relevant gossip.

Poker Pro Chris \”Jesus\” Ferguson was spotted at ghostbar last night with Brazilian born actress Fabolosa. They arrived just before Midnight, making their way through the crowd of Las Vegas\’ Elite Entertainers who were at ghostbar paying tribute to Ken Tilden, the Creative Designer for Blue Man Group and Le Reve, and headed straight for the ghostbar balcony to enjoy the stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip. After taking in the view, they moved over to the dance floor and partied with their fans, taking pictures and having a great time, while Chris showed off his Samba and Ballroom dancing skills. The couple was drinking Apple Martinis in tall glasses, and were notably denying their fans offers to buy them shots. To maintain his cool demeanor, as he does at the Poker tables, Chris had a couple of bottles of water in his long black leather trench coat pockets at all times.

Dennis Haskins (Mr. Belding from \”Saved by the Bell\”) was spotted having dinner at N9NE Steakhouse last night with the owners of Sunset Tan, Devin Haman and Jeff Bozz, and George Maloof. After dinner, they went back to the kitchen to thank Chef Barry. While chatting with Chef Barry, Eddie Murray (\”Steady Eddie\” inducted to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2003) also went back to thank the chef and chat with the TV stars.

Laila Ali (Daughter of Muhammad Ali) and former NFL player Curtis Lamont Conway were having a very private dinner at N9NE Steakhouse last night. They shared the restaurant\’s signature Shellfish Platter as well as Crab Cocktail, Lobster Rolls and some desserts. They also went back to say thanks to Chef Barry and sign his famous \”Shakedown Wall of Fame.\”
