LAS VEGAS–The Batfaces aren’t the only Dallas pokerers here at the WSOP. Several Lodge players, Rounder Clubbers, Dallas dealers, and sundry other Dallas players have made their presence known here.

SUBWAY JON cashed in a 7-card-Stud event. DAVID WILLIAMS went on to win his first bracelet in the same tournament.

In the Ladies $1,000 NLHE, they had more than 1,100 people register. They’re now down to about 200, and LA THE DALLAS DEALER (sorry, I don’t know her last name). Defending champion JENNIFER TILLY is also still alive.

Pokerati’s beloved LORI THE DEALER did not arrive in time to register … so instead she played craps. TJ CLOUTIER was playing craps today, too. A few thousand bucks a roll. He did not enter the Ladies event.

Dallas dealer LINDA TRAN did buy in, but was eliminated relatively early.

SHARRON “Evil Omaha” NIX looked like she was in good shape, but she went out, too. So did KAYRI HEISZ. But that’s OK. They’re both better prepared for next year.

Other Dallas pokerers seen at the tables here include: RODEEN TALEBI, CHANTEL, PRIMO, RAJ, DON JONES, DAVE DULY, GINA TORRES, et al.

UPDATE: JENNIFER TILLY has been eliminated. She has the coolest belt buckle.

Another interesting thing about the Ladies Event this year … They all started with 1,500 in chips … as opposed to 1,000. Previously at the WSOP all events had a 1:1 dollar-to-tournament-chip ratio. Not sure what this means for the future of the World Series.

UPDATE: LA’s last name is SENGPHET, and she is currently second in chips.
